Additional information

How we protect your data

The following data is encrypted:

  • IP Addresses
  • Access Keys
  • Account Passwords
  • Account Bank Details

We use SSL/HTTPS to encrypt user communications with our servers to prevent information from being captured by third parties without authorization.

Purchases rely on the customer’s email account for securely presenting their access keys and confirming requests to change payment details. Accounts also rely on email accounts for confirming changes to sensitive account details.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the case of a data breach, our system administrators will immediately alert all potentially affected users and attempt to reset account passwords and access keys if needed. We encrypt as much sensitive data as practical to ensure the potential damage from a data breach is minimised.

What third parties we receive data from

Upon purchase we collect the customer’s email address and country of purchase from PayPal to process their purchase. If the customer consents to subscribing to a newsletter, we also collect their name to add to our Mailchimp audience.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

To prevent two devices from watching a livestream with the same key, we collect the user’s IP address for access validation.
